This CPE training course gives Managers oversight on how to review a file, properly budget and forecast projects and actively manage and juggle numerous projects. Additionally, this CPE training course will give you the interpersonal skills to manage your audit team and your auditee's, even your audit management. Auditors should not get promoted without taking this course.
