This special panel event will explore how organisations can better attract, support, and retain women in non-traditional roles. From inclusive leadership and team culture to practical actions that make a real difference, our panellists will share strategies for expanding women’s careers and creating more equitable workplaces.

Moderated by Associate Professor Robyn Johns, Associate Dean (Academic Staff) at UTS Business School, the panel will include:

We'll also examine how organisations can support career transitions and implement practical actions to improve gender diversity in a lasting and measurable way.
