International Ice Bath Day

Following the success of our Guinness World Record attempt to set the World's First Ever Biggest Group Ice Bath in January 2024, we launched International Ice Bath Day as an annual event to continue to raise awareness of the physical and mental health benefits of cold water immersion, particularly for those people struggling with depression and anxiety.

So, in March 2025 we are hosting the first International Ice Bath Day where we intend to get as many people as possible through the ice baths in 20 minutes. The event is not-for-profit to raise awarenenss and money for Beyond Blue.

We will be simultaneously putting groups through 3-minute ice baths. Ocean water is being pumped into the pools and the ice baths will be around 5-6 oC. 

We will have ice delivered just prior to the main ice bath for us all to fill the pools with, then it's a big count-down to the ice bath followed by a warm-up and the next group!

There will be FREE yoga and breathwork short sessions from 8.00am on the Oval in front of the Orange Box Cafe, leading up to the ice bath at 11.00am so come down early and join in the fun.

PLEASE NOTE:

1) Parking is shocking around the Orange Box/Leighton apartment area!

PLEASE LEAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO PARK FURTHER UP/DOWN THE COAST AND WALK IN OR TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORT (NORTH FREMANTLE TRAIN STATION IS 5-MINUTES AWAY)

2) Registration

We need to confirm your booking, so please bring your phone or printed ticket to the registration desks by 10.00am to register and receive your official wrist band which will give you entry to the pools. No wrist band : no entry.

Registration desks will be on the Oval in front of the Orange Box Cafe and open from 8.00am.

3) Briefing

The briefing will be in front of the Orange Box Cafe on the Oval at 10.30am, so please make sure you're registered before then.
