💪 We’re a group dedicated to men’s work and community building in Ōtautahi. Many of us run and participate in regular men’s gatherings which aim to create deeper networks of support so we’re more resilient to the challenges of life. Together we practice vulnerability, facing up to our problems, asking for help, and creating the lives we dream of.

🌈 Rainbow community men are men, transgender men are men. You are welcome here
International men’s day is officially 19 November and we celebrate it on the weekend closest to that day to make in person gathering most accessible to all

FAQ

  • What should I bring?
Curiosity, kindness, and an open heart
  • When should I arrive?
Doors open at 11am. Please arrive in plenty of time to get settled, and be ready to kick things off together. It's important to attend at the beginning when we set the stage for the day
  • Do I need to print my ticket?
Nope, we can check you off by name but the QR code on your ticket helps!
  • What if I'm an introvert who hates gatherings?
No sweat! We've tailored the event to make you feel like you belong, whether you love all-night ragers or quiet corners. You’re welcome as you are and there’s plenty of options for participation or not
  • What if I'm an extrovert who's a pro at this connection stuff?
Fabulous! The real magic happens when we've got a beautiful blend of personalities and connection styles.
  • Do I need to register or do you accept walk-ins on the day of the event?
Please register in advance, as we don't take walk-ins. We want you to have an experience that feels rich and meaningful, so we limit the number of attendees to make it an intimate gathering. This also allows us to reduce the time spent on check-in and jump right into the juicy stuff!
  • How much is the event?
It’s free! But please register so we can plan for food and crew the event accordingly
