    Join us to celebrate International Volunteer Managers Day over afternoon tea on Tuesday, 5th November at 2 pm. This is also a good opportunity to take some time out to nurture our health and well-being through breathing exercises and stretches with Leigh Marsden (Yoga Instructor). Additionally, Tenika Reihana, a clinician at SVS, will present a 10-minute stress management session.

    Scientific studies have shown that controlling your breath can help to manage stress and stress-related conditions. Many people use their breathing to help promote relaxation and reduce stress.

    Note: no need to bring a yoga mat.😊
