International Women in Engineering Day Online Forum 2025

📅 Mark your calendars! On Monday, 23 June 2025, from 1–2 PM AEST, API is excited to host our International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) online event—so block your calendars and get ready for something different! 

International Women in Engineering Day, will celebrate its 12th year in 2025, once again showcasing the amazing work of women engineers across the globe. This year’s theme, #TogetherWeEngineer, highlights the power of collaboration and inclusivity in shaping the future of engineering. 

INWED plays a vital role in giving visibility to women engineers worldwide, especially as they remain underrepresented in the profession. In the Australia, only 14% of engineers were women in 2024, and 16.5% worldwide. As the only platform of its kind, INWED continues to inspire more young women and girls to consider careers in engineering—and we’re proud to be part of the movement!
