INWED plays a vital role in giving visibility to women engineers worldwide, especially as they remain underrepresented in the profession. In Australia, only 14% of engineers were women in (according to a 2024 study), and 16.5% worldwide. As the only platform of its kind, INWED continues to inspire more young women and girls to consider careers in engineering—and we’re proud to be part of the movement!

4 panellists for INWED

Jessica Jones - Senior Network Integration Officer EQLCherry
