Women wildly celebrating women is the theme of this class, so come prepared to celebrate yourself and the wonderful women around you.

The campaign theme for International Women's Day 2024 is Inspire Inclusion.

When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world.

And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.

Hosted at the beautiful Grey Lynn yoga studio Basecamp, come along and join us for International Womans Day. Sandey Hoskin will lead us through the flow, connecting to the divine feminine energy as we move through a playful and dynamic flow. We will flow a carefully curated music selection to bring out the playfulness and will finish with a blissful savasana and body scan. All levels welcome.

Afterwards, either hang out and have some breakfast with us, or take your smoothie bowl to-go if you need to get to work! There are showers at the studio if you are getting ready there.

Morning Details

Please arrive on time so we can get the class started promptly at 6.30am. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, Basecamp will have some available if you need.

Your smoothie bowl breakfast is included in the ticket price - you choose your flavour but please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements. They are Dairy Free, and Vegan but can easily be made gluten free (using another granola).
