International Women’s Day (IWD) is a time to reflect on progress made, to call for change and to celebrate the
achievements of women.
To celebrate IWD, the Sydney Knowledge Hub and INCUBATE will be hosting a series of talks and Q&A sessions under the theme: Insight, Inspiration and Innovation.
Hear from four inspirational women share their insights into their success, the innovation industry, and the
future of gender equality.Â

Jenny Li is a strategy-focused and results-orientated finance leader, with more than 15 years of experience in improving financial governance, working in and advising multinational businesses to high growth start-ups undertaking rapid change and growth. Dr Amani Batarseh is BCAL's Chief Scientist and our Research Commercialisation expert. Amani's versatile profile of expertise combines molecular biology with lipidomics and mass spectrometry to answer biological questions. Her work at BCAL is helping to develop novel blood screening test to improve the early diagnosis and monitoring of breast cancer that is safe, cost effective, accurate and available to all women regardless of age, race and geographic location. - Thursday 10th March - 12:15pm - 1:00pm - Founder Expert: Aivee Robinson - Co-Founder at Catalyser
- Aivee Robinson is an accomplished social tech entrepreneur helping people change the world from their workplace. Aivee's professional experience spans education, human rights and international development with the United Nations, public sector and not-for-profit organisations in Asia, the UK and Australia.
This event will be held on Zoom, with the potential of some in person attendance pending NSW Health regulations.
