Glass of Sparkling, Coffee or Tea

• Seasonal Fruit Salad Bowl

Second Course

• Smashed Avocado with pickled cucumbers, house-made dukkah, whipped feta on sourdough and poached egg
• Baby Cos Salad , pecorino, crispy prosciutto, Caesar dressing with grilled chicken breast

• Waffles with Chantilly cream, fresh berries, maple syrup and pistachio

Do I need to bring a Pilates Mat?

Nothing. We will provide everything and we will provide blankets, pillows and eye masks for your sound bath relaxation.
