InterPlay - Belonging

This event has passed Register

Event description

Play is a deceptively simple, yet powerfully transformative activity. It happens in an atmosphere of high appreciation and low expectations. Time slows down by the virtue of being present in our bodies and present to each other and in this newfound spaciousness stress dissolves, our conditioned reactivity is held and we are curious and playful again. Our innate creativity comes alive and we experience ourselves as storytellers, musicians, dancers and poets. As creators, not only consumers of art.

We open and improvise; we pause, breathe, not-know and meet what is given in a new way.
We create future, not just repeat the past.

This 1hr session will give a taste of InterPlay while exploring the theme of Belonging through simple body-based forms of movement, sound, and story. Incrementally and with ease.

This is a part of GENOA Monthly Healing Circle, which is held every full moon for collective practice to nurture inner transformation, global wellbeing and peace.

The circle is offered as a gift for anyone who feels called to attend.
