Curious about InterPlay—or just in need of a soul-refreshing evening? InterPlay Melbourne’s April workshop is just around the corner!

Each month, we come together to move, share, sing and listen in ways that invite lightness, honesty, and connection. Through simple, embodied practices, InterPlay helps us access creativity, loosen up and rediscover ease - in ourselves and with each other. No experience needed, just a willingness to shop up as you are.

Come solo or bring a friend. People with different experience levels are all welcome :)

InterPlay is a powerful body-wisdom practice that deepens:

your awareness of yourself from within

your awareness of yourself in relation to others

InterPlay is often described as a community-building practice, and it does this by first nurturing more connected, resourced, and empowered individuals. As we come together through the ancient languages of movement, voice, story, and stillness, we witness one another’s unfolding, creating something new and beautiful every time we show up.
