InterPlay is an active and creative approach to unlocking the wisdom of the body. InterPlay Australia is a vibrant and inclusive community that continues to embody the philosophy and practices of InterPlay, playing with storytelling, sound and movement in service of the broader community. No experience is needed, just a willingness to play and connect.

As recovering serious person Alee has been inspired by the creative practice of InterPlay for the past 3 decades! Alee's private practice Heartwork, incorporates her skills in psychotherapy, training and group facilitation with more than 30 years experience in the community. Alee attributes her longevity as a practitioner to her participation and practice of InterPlay and the foundational elements of play, improvisational storytelling, sound and movement continue to enrich her work and bring joy to all aspects of life.
