Name changes are now open and are actioned through Humanitix resale.

• Open your order confirmation email and select Manage Order

• Go to the Resale tab

• Select Sell Tickets and choose private resale

• Send the link to the person attending

• They enter their details and a new ticket is issued in their name

• Your original ticket is cancelled and refunded to your original payment method, minus the booking fee

There is no additional transfer fee, though the new ticket holder pays the standard booking fee on their new order.

If your ticket does NOT show the name that matches your Legal ID at the gate, your ticket may be deemed invalid and you may not be allowed entry to the festival.

Why we use resale for name changes:

• It protects you from scammers. Every ticket comes through Humanitix, so it’s one we can validate at the gate

• The original ticket is cancelled when the new one is issued, so a ticket can’t be duplicated or sold to more than one person

• Tickets bought or transferred anywhere else can’t be validated and may be refused entry
