Intimacy and Communication

Sex, intimacy, and relationships are some of most enjoyable parts of life — and the key to experiencing these with confidence, is good communication!

Intimacy & Communication is a playful (and educational) workshop that invites you to slow down, think openly, and get curious about the way you navigate intimacy. Why do you communicate the way you do? What are you already confident about and what would you like to learn?

Through a mix of one-on-one and group experiences, you’ll explore what influences your communication and be given some practical tools for expressing desires & boundaries.

Expect activities that gently stretch your comfort zone, spark your curiosity, and encourage you to express a more embodied, present way of engaging with others. 

We’ll play with language, challenging conversations and expressing desires — all in a safe, supported space where connection, exploration, and pleasure are our focus.

WHO is this workshop for?

Come solo, with a partner / lover or even with friends!!

This workshop is lighthearted, enjoyable and for all ages and genders! 

Do I bring anything?

We will be using a yoga space & these activities involve moving about the space so wear something comfy, bring some water or a cuppa and be prepared to get involved! 

Your facilitators Annalise & Eve are experts at running this workshop, having facilitated multiple times before! Expect to feel comfortable and supported, especially if this is your first time attending a workshop like this. 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior and be mindful of other workshops that may be running in adjacent rooms.

Accessibility

This workshop space is up 2 small flights of stairs & is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly. However, if you wish to attend and have any other accessibility or sensory requirements please reach out and we will coordinate with you so we can support you to the best of our ability.
