Ready to deepen your capacity for intimacy—in your relationships, your community, and with yourself?

Intimate Conversations is an embodied, talk-based workshop exploring emotional expression, s3xual communication, and the nuances of authentic connection. Whether you’re new to this work or returning to explore deeper layers, this space invites you to meet yourself—and others—with curiosity, courage, and care.Through facilitated practices rooted in consent, reflection, and nervous system awareness, we’ll co-create a safe, supportive space for insight, expression, and growth.

In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll:
• Explore communication tools through 1:1 and small group exercises
• Practice consent-based interactions and space-holding
• Build safety for vulnerable conversations around emotions and sexuality
• Expand your capacity to feel seen, heard, and met
• Connect meaningfully—with others and with yourself

This is a non-touch, talk-based space, with gentle facilitation and full permission to participate at your own pace.You’re welcome exactly as you are—nervous system jitters and all.

Who it’s for:
This space is for anyone—across the gender spectrum—who’s curious about emotional intimacy, better communication, and navigating s3xuality with more awareness. Whether you’re new to this work, exploring non-monogamy, part of the queer community, or just looking for deeper ways to connect, you’re warmly welcome.Bring your full self, your curiosity, and your journal. We’ll meet each other there.

Facilitator:
Traeh Song (she/they) is the lead facilitator of The Intimacy Initiative and Bless You, Fvck MeY. With over five years of experience in emotional and relational facilitation—including s3x-positive spaces and non-monogamy support—Traeh is known for creating trauma-informed, tender, and transformational group spaces.⸻What to bring:
• A journal & pen

• Comfy clothes you feel good sitting and sharing in
