Are you feeling stuck, lonely & unloved, isolated or unmet by others? Particularly with the challenges & changes in society right now. This in person experiental workshop is for all people & ages from 18+ & all gender orientations are Welcome.

I promise I can relate; I am not here to fix you; I am whole heartedly open to join together to relate in an experiential cohesive safe space. Together I can help you identify & feel into your energy centres to develop awareness & confidence in relating with yourself & others in a wholistic way.

LoVin Therapy & Relating GET TOGETHERS - Groups are available on-line and/or in-person on a monthly basis and you are welcome to book in for both

Intimate Relating can be difficult, especially when you have a lack confidence & distrust from previous relationships. Let alone the endless trauma coping mechanisms that repeatedly effect our health & wellbeing.

What to Expect:- Depending on who comes along I will be facilitating on a as we go basis with opportunities for you to discuss whats relevent for you, to just trust the process, be cocreative, try something new, sense & observe energies & interact individually & with another one or two people.

Starting with Opening & Honouring Circle, Share your Item, Express Feelings in a Tangible way, Claim your Space, Open Chakras, Keep It Simple Sexy Practice, Sensing Energetics, Centre Zones, Comfort Zones, Change it Up, Mirroring, Consensual Touch, Tantra Connection, What Else and a possible Cuddle Pod & Tantra movie afterwards.

As your LoVin Therapist we will be moving into Tantric, Somactic, Embodiment, Hakomi, non-violent communications practices & possibly a LoVin Cuddle Pod from there
