Into to Non-violent Direct Action

Join us for an introduction to non-violent direct action.

Join us at 5.30pm for kai (everything provided) and we'll get the workshop started around 6pm.

This introductory session will cover some of theory behind NVDA, some grounding techniques useful in stressful situations, and some useful techniques that we will roleplay together so you can get a sense of what being in an action is like.There will be heaps of opportunity to ask questions and chat as well!
