What You'll Learn:

• Playing Singing Bowls: Master the fundamentals of playing singing bowls to create harmonious and healing sounds.
• Understanding Sound and Frequency: Dive into the principles of sound and frequency, and how they interact with the body and mind.
• Introduction to Instruments: Get hands-on experience with various sound healing instruments, including chimes, tuning forks & other percussion.
• Basic Techniques: Learn fundamental sound healing techniques that you can apply in personal or professional settings.

Course Structure:

• Duration: 4 weeks
• Sessions: 1-hour zoom each week
  + optional upgrade to Instrumental Exploration Day for $100 (Sunday 6 April, 2025 - Sunshine Coast)

Do I need to have my own set of singing bowls to complete this course?
No, you don't. If you choose to attend the Instrumental Exploration Day there will be instruments for you to play and try. If you are wishing to buy a set of bowls, please contact Journey Within Sound Healing directly for details.

Who is this course for?
This course is designed for anyone interested in learning about the principles and practices of sound healing, whether for personal growth or professional development. No prior experience with sound therapy or music is required.

What certification will I receive?
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Journey Within Sound Healing, certifying your knowledge and ability to use sound healing techniques. 
All certifications and trainings are accredited through IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).

What is included in the Instrumental Day?
This is a hands on day immersion event where you will be taken through the practical element of sound healing. Put your knowledge into practice with this connection day of music making. We will provide instruments for you to practice on during the workshop.
