Event description

Join us for a special First Nations weaving workshop led by local First Nations artist Jessikah Woods, who will be sharing the art of dilly bag weaving. This hands-on session will offer a unique opportunity to learn about ancient weaving techniques that are passed down through the generations. The workshop will also provide an opportunity to connect with stories and cultural knowledge embedded in each thread.

We invite community members of all ages to come together and create something meaningful with their own hands. No experience necessary — just bring your curiosity and respect.

Don’t miss this chance to learn something new!
