Explore how to support clients to identify their "early warning signs" of emotion dysregulation

Introduce concepts such as the "window of tolerance" and the "brain-body connection"

Briefly introduce participants to mental health conditions which frequently present with emotion dysregulation symptoms, including Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma and Oppositional Defiant Disorder

Explore a variety of practical interventions for emotion dysregulation drawn from therapeutic frameworks such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
