Coaching is largely unknown, and this workshop will help you understand more about 'holistic well-being coaching' and how you can use it to achieve your goals.
Every participant will receive a free work pack to start their holistic well-being journey worth over $100. Your pack includes a set of hand weights and a resistance band to support the convenience needed to engage in daily physical wellness. You'll receive sustainably sourced coconut oil & reflexology socks to give yourself the much-needed therapeutic foot massage you know you'll never pay for, supporting all body systems through this straightforward yet gently effective routine. Also, use your rose quartz palm stone to establish your energetic and spiritual heart-healing meditation practices. Lastly, Soaking Salts to take home for your foot spa, hot tub, or bath to soak your worries away while indulging in that much-needed self-care - that thirty minutes to yourself enriching your body's largest organ, your skin with medicinal petals such as rose and calendula and magnesium-rich Epsom salts. A neat little tie-off, a Nao Wellbeing mug as a final memento of the most significant workshop you'll have all year.

With indoor and outdoor elements, we'll engage in free body movement, intentional body movement, relaxation and transcendental meditation techniques, supportive self-care, and make a fresh, healthy meal. It seems like a lot, but you will barely notice how much you've actioned because it will be seamlessly embraced as part of simple habits you may shift into for a healthier, happier you. Experience this half-day of coaching in small groups of seven people, build the connections you are looking for, understand what is challenging your health and happiness, and work out what you will do from this day forward to get you to your ideal, fulfilling life!
