Intro To Lean - Face to Face South East VIC KCC park

In this session, we will cover what Lean is, how the Lean Leaders program works and provide you with some quick tips to start implementing Lean principles in your workplace even if you don't end up joining the program.

We will also be covering an introduction to business planning as well as details on the Farm Business Resilience Program. The FBR Program administrated by AgVIC is providing funding for participants to support building a business plan to increase their business resilience.
