    Event description

    What is Life Design?

Life Design is simply that: designing your life.

It’s a process and a framework for articulating the type of life you want to be living, and making some decisions about the actions you can take on the daily to get closer to that.

But despite it not being a difficult concept, many struggle to put it into words and actions without support.

    Who is it for?

It’s useful no matter what life stage you are in, and it remains useful as you grow and move through different changes and challenges.

I’ve worked with teenagers through to retirees - and many people who are having mid-life moments of confusion and/or curiosity.

I really like it for folks with neurodivergent ways of thinking because it isn’t restrictive or prescriptive like traditional goal-setting can be.

What will I get out of it?

Apart from the low-hanging fruit, like a fun day with like-minded people, and some yummy food, you will also walk away with:

    • A basic understanding of the concepts of Life Design
    • A revised or improved understanding of your personal values
    • A clear picture of what your personalised successful life looks like
    • A series of actions you can call on at times when decisions need to be made, or problems need to be solved

So if you are seeking some direction or clarity about where you are headed, or how you are going to get there, I invite you to join us.

Please reach out if you have any questions or points of clarity, or if you require a payment plan to make this more accessible for you.
