Event description

During these taster sessions, you will experience BoxFit and Yoga in all its forms.  Boxfit will take you through a fun, action-packed combat style of training.  Continue on after for your Yoga practice which is great for the body and mind. You’ll work on strength, flexibility, balance and meditation, an awesome tool for your mental health.  Chill out in our snack lounge for rest and recover between classes.

All equipment is provided.

Suitable for ages 12-17yrs.
