Introducing changes to the NDIS laws for all providers
Description
On 27 August 2026, the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026 came into effect.
In this session we will:
Deliver an overview of the NDIS Bill amendments and provide information on some of the key changes for all providers.
Provide an opportunity for Q&A.
These sessions will be ongoing and will allow the NDIA to provide updates on the legislation changes and the impacts to providers as changes are rolled out.
Additional information:
Sessions are delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams, and will last for one hour.
Each session covers the same content.

Registration closure:
Registrations not requiring accessibility supports will close one business day prior to the session date or once tickets have sold out.
Registrations that do require accessibility supports will close five business days prior to the session date or once tickets have sold out to allow time for bookings.

We are not able to respond to individual circumstances during this webinar, as this could risk the privacy of NDIS participants.
