Introducing changes to NDIS legislation for Plan Managers

In this session we will:

• In these sessions we will deliver an overview of NDIS Bill amendments, key changes for plan managers and a Q&A,
• Provide an opportunity for Q&A. It is strongly recommended that you review the Q&A information on the NDIS website before attending the session.

These sessions will be ongoing and will allow the NDIA to provide updates on the legislation changes and the impacts to providers as changes are rolled out.

• Section 33 - Total Funding Amounts, Funding Periods and Funding Components
• Section 44 – Plan Management Decisions
• Section 45a – Claims and Payments Framework
• Section 32L – Support Needs Assessment (new)
• Section 47a – Plan Variations (new)
• Section 32ba – Notice of Impairment (new)

• Sessions will be delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams
