Event description

This information session will introduce the ECEC Digital Hub (Digital Hub) to services who will shortly be onboarded. During the session, services will learn more about the Digital Hub, how data collection works, see a timeline of activities and understand how to get ready. 

Participants will learn

  • How to get ready, focusing on ensuring key data is captured in their CCMS

  • Demonstrate how data will display in Digital Hub when transferred from their CCMS, noting that not all CCMS providers will be integrated in 2025

  • Showcase features of Digital Hub and highlight benefits, noting that services without an integrated CCMS will not see their data in the Digital Hub.
