What is this course?

Our introduction and overview of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) workshop is an interactive overview of the Framework, along with exploring leading practices, tools and challenges organizations face when adopting SAFe.  We’ll also explore organizational & change impacts, what level of practice might be best suited for you and your organization as well as addressing the fundamental need for Agile leadership to guide your transformation.
