Introduction to Ayurveda: Nature's Rhythm
Event description
Ayurveda in sanskrit means 'science of life', the ancient wisdom of Nature. Learn how to tap into and thrive inside this paradigm
For example: Why are some people neat and tidy whilst others thrive in chaos? Why are some people always early and others always late? How uncomfortable would it feel to eat a spicy hot curry for lunch on a hot Australian day?
These, and many other questions, make sense in ayurvedic terms.
As with nature, it's always changing - seasonally, monthly, even daily - and this course gives you the knowledge to make informed choices, best suited to you, amongst ever changing variables - seasons, life stages, day/night, relationships, environments - giving you strength, presence, flexibility to live harmoniously, moment to moment.
Many things in your own life will make sense once you understand ayurveda, as one previous workshop participant realised
