Join Indigenous-owned businesses Riley Callie Resources and Grounded in Country for an inspiring and practical introduction to bush foods designed especially for educators. This one-hour online session will guide you through the foundations of creating culturally rich, hands-on learning experiences using native plants and bush food gardens.

Whether you’re just beginning your bush foods journey or looking to embed Indigenous perspectives more meaningfully into your learning environment, this webinar offers practical steps, cultural insight, and creative ideas to get you started.

Early childhood educators, primary teachers, outdoor educators, OSHC staff, and anyone interested in embedding Indigenous perspectives through nature-based learning.

Participants will also receive a special workshop pack delivered to their door prior to the session. This includes a set of Bush Food Snap Cards (valued at $32.95), designed to support visual learning and spark conversations about native plants, along with a sample of Lemon Myrtle spice (valued at $7.95) to enhance hands-on exploration and sensory engagement. These resources will help you bring the workshop learnings to life in your own educational setting.*

In addition, all attendees will receive a PDF booklet summarising the workshop’s key learnings, practical tips, and guidance—an easy reference to help you embed bush foods knowledge into your teaching practice long after the webinar.
