Event description

A workshop with Professor Erika Bsumek, Ellen Clark Temple Chair in History at the University of Texas at Austin

ClioVis is an interactive, web-based timeline creation tool designed for educational use that allows researchers, teachers and students to visualize historical events, cite sources, and collaborate in real-time.  For in-class activities and assessment, ClioVis offers unique advantages in deterring or 'slowing down' the use of AI. Join this session to learn about how you and your students can use the platform to connect events across different time periods and present research using built-in presentation tools.
