Through real-world examples, group discussions, and reflective activities, you’ll explore:

• How culture shapes behaviours, communication, and professional relationships
• Strategies for respectful and effective cross-cultural communication
• Approaches to providing inclusive, culturally responsive services to people from CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) backgrounds
