Description

Move better. Feel better. Reconnect with your body.

Curious about fascia and how movement can influence the way you feel?

This welcoming, hands-on workshop is an opportunity to discover the principles of fascia, explore simple fascial maneuvers and learn practical techniques and holds you can continue using at home.

Whether you're completely new to fascia or already familiar with fascial movement, you don't need any previous experience. Every maneuver can be adapted to suit different bodies and levels of mobility — including being performed seated.

What to Expect

  • Discover fascia — learn about the role fascia plays throughout the body and why it matters to movement and wellbeing.

  • Learn individual movements — explore simple techniques designed to reduce stress and tension and support the body's natural healing processes.

  • Experience movement for yourself — discover how small, intentional movements can help you feel more mobile and connected to your body.

  • Learn partner maneuvers — develop practical skills you can use to support friends and family.

  • Connect in community — share the experience with others and discover the benefits of moving together.

  • Ask questions — enjoy dedicated time with Blue Lotus tea to discuss fascia, movement and your own experiences.

About Fascia Release

Your body is designed to move with ease—but stress, injury, dehydration and modern lifestyles can create restrictions within your fascia, the connective tissue that links everything together.

Healthy fascia supports your body's natural function to heal. Experience simple Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers that encourage greater freedom of movement and body awareness.

These gentle techniques are easy to learn and can become part of your everyday self-care routine.
