This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

The introduction to Florentine flogging workshop, will introduce the intermediate impact play technique of using two floggers simultaneously. During this workshop we will discuss Florentine flogger types (poi/finger loops vs handled floggers); safety; strike zones; and four point and six point Florentine including transitions and variations. A significant portion of the workshop will be set aside for practice, including guided practical instruction followed by free time where CamELeon will observe students and provide individual tips and pointers. (Prerequisite: infinity or figure 8 flogging pattern with both hands).

This class will follow Cam_E_Leon’s flogging progression of;

Flog the air;

Flog an object;

Flog a person then;

Flog a person in a kinky venue.

We will cover the first two parts of the flogging progression in this workshop.

Consent underpins kink practice. You must have explicit, enthusiastic consent from a person to do kinky things with them. Consent is informed, ongoing and enthusiastic. We will discuss the importance of consent as part of our class.

No part of this class is compulsory. Participants are welcome to opt out at any stage.

Students will need to bring their own flogger. There will be a limited number of floggers available to hire, however borrowed floggers will not be used on other people. The cost of flogger hire is for one flogger. If you need a pair a floggers, you'll need to hire two. We'll do what we can to match the size and weight of the floggers so that you practice with.

Recommended introductory floggers are at L & Ds. They come in a variety of colours and sizes.
