Hosted by Sparks (@nawashisupaku), certified instructor of Kanna ryu and deshi to Akechi Kanna, this series of workshops is designed to explore the world of kanna style. Giving strong foundations to begin understanding the style, and building on as we play with variations and deepen knowledge all round from principles, to harnesses, floor plays and suspensions.
