Introduction to LEGO Serious Play for Research and Design

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

LEGO Serious Play (LSP) is a methodology for running engaging meetings and workshops. It helps with understanding of connections & relationships and has a wide range of applications such as planning, retrospectives and team building. It’s been used by the likes of NASA, UNESCO and Google and locally by Trade Me, IR and ACC. This will be a hands-on workshop, giving you a practical experience whilst you learn the theory. Places are limited - so get in early, it’s going to be Seriously Fun!

Your presenters Rupert and Sam have been using the methodology for over a year in their design team and externally at community events and meetups.

This is the last of our week of LSP events. This session will be a more in depth look at the methodology and how you can use LSP in your design and research practice.

You will leave the session with an understanding of the basics of the methodology and a guide to running your first session with your team. Plus you'll also get a small LEGO model to keep (one that we use in our activities)

This event is part of MOD Wellington, brought to you by CHQ. Check out the full festival programme at: modwellington.com
