You might think mindfulness is a bit flaky - however if you looked at the Oxford and Harvard websites, you would find good research showing that if well delivered, it can help with managing stress and supporting wellbeing.
Mindfulness helps people to focus, and self-regulate. It reduces overthinking and unhelpful ways of coping.
This session will focus on why mindfulness helps people’s wellbeing, and will show you ways to try it out using simple practices. It ends with time for question and answers.
