This webinar will begin with an overview of the steps involved in within-host modelling: mathematical model formulation, simulation, parameter estimation and prediction. The second half of the webinar will present a case study exploring the dynamics of artemisinin combination therapies for malaria using within-host model simulations.


A minimum of 20 participants is required for the session to proceed.
