Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation - A Winter Warmer that will keep you nourished throughout the colder season
for Beginners and those who already have a practice but would like to learn more about the practice

Time: 7 pm till 8.30 pm
Learn practical wellbeing and self-care techniques that support you
especially during times of significant life transitions,
and when experiencing sleep problems, anxiety and stress.
Mindfulness, Meditation & Breathwork practices are proven
to help us to find greater acceptance, calm our body & mind,
build inner strengths, cultivate self-compassion
and deal with challenges as they arise.
About the Facilitator: Susanne North is a local Wellbeing Practitioner and Family Coach. She is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through Tara Brach’s & Jack Kornfield's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certified Program (MMTCP). Susanne has been facilitating Mindfulness & Meditation circles and retreats over the past ten years. Her work is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, nurturing and non-judgmental space in which everyone can experience genuine connection.
Her purpose lies in helping people feel good about themselves and finding joy and meaning in everything they do.
