Introduction to Nia Dance Fitness Workshop

Where did Nia come from? What are the 52 moves of Nia? 

This special Introduction to Nia workshop will be held February 9, 2025 at Avalon Surf Life Saving Club in the Ocean room upstairs overlooking Avalon beach. 

This two hour workshop is ideal for beginners but also for regulars who would like to deepen their understanding of the 52 moves that make up our classes, with a focus on correct form. 

Please bring a cushion and water.

Cost is $55.
