Introduction to Oil & Landscape Painting with Nyree Taylor

Spend a full day immersed in colour, texture, light and discovery at Gardiner Street Arts Collective, Saturday 7th November.

Inspired by Nyree’s multidisciplinary practice exploring landscape, connection to place, community and creative expression, this workshop is designed for beginners through to curious creatives wanting to reconnect with painting.

This is not about perfection. It’s about taking your time, experimenting, learning the language of oils, and discovering your own way of seeing the landscape around you.

You’ll explore:

• Introductory oil painting techniques

• Colour mixing and texture

• Landscape composition

• Expressive mark making

• Creative confidence through play and process

A relaxed, inclusive and welcoming day for all ages over 13 and experience levels. You will leave with a finished piece created by you!

Limited to just eight participants, this intimate workshop offers dedicated one-on-one guidance and the rare opportunity to work closely alongside the artist.
