Integration and Diversity!  Join Fiona from Gaia Permaculture and Martina from Permaculture Educators Alliance for an immersive Introduction to Permaculture weekend at Earthwise Subiaco, a fantastic location to start your permaculture journey.  Fiona and Martina bring complimentary teaching methods and techniques to support your understanding of the base foundation of Permaculture knowledge and skills.  Utilising the established Earthwise Permaculture gardens for hands-on opportunity to suit all learning styles, this intensive learning weekend will provide you with the skills to start designing your own Permaculture garden and lifestyle.

Over the weekend we will cover:

• Principles and Ethics of permaculture: Where it all begins
• Sectors, Zones & Base maps: Energy efficient zones 1 & 2
• Plants & animals: Elements in the system
• Composting and the nutrient cycle
• Identify resources & their potential
  
• Permaculture beyond the garden: Connecting with community

Course run time:

Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 8am - 4pm

Food & Drinks

Plunger coffee, decaf coffee, black and herbal tea's will be provided with dairy and alternative milks (almond & oat)

Vegan/GF/DF morning and afternoon tea provided
