Introduction to Printmaking - Linocut Prints
Event description
People are loving our introduction to printmaking classes held once a month.
In this three- and half-hour workshop, students will learn the fundamental skills needed to create a lino print. Through expert instruction and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to handle carving tools safely and gain an understanding of the linocut process, while learning how to use a printing press.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to brush up on your printmaking skills, this class offers one-to-one tuition in a small group setting. No previous experience is necessary.
You can join Cecilia once a month at our ‘*Saturday social print club’ so you can continue to use our printing press with fellow printmakers and exchange ideas.
