The saying “Talk to yourself the way you would talk to someone you love” really is something we should all be trying to practice. It’s difficult to be kind to ourselves because it sometimes go against the way we were raised with thoughts of being modest and not bragging. However, the two things are separate and practicing kindness to yourself not only benefits you, but also those around you. Ever wondered the difference between self compassion and self esteem? This session covers that and also ways you can improve in this area and start loving yourself the way you deserve! It’s also run by one of our psychologists, so you know the information is coming from someone who really knows what they are talking about.
