Leading in ECEC: An introduction to the role of the Educational Leader

This one hour workshop aims to build an understanding of the role of the Educational Leader in ECEC services in Australia. It covers the role expectations in terms of regulations and National quality standards. It also covers a brief history to how the role evolved and how the role can be organised. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on the purpose and organisation of the role in their own service.
