    Event description

The aim of this event is to help participants understand the foundational building blocks of social impact as a way to help them identify where they are delivering social impact through their civil construction projects.

In the session we will explore what impact measurement might look like in the civil construction industry, discuss the difference between outputs, results, targets, and outcomes and explore the benefits of looking at our work through the lens of outcomes.

This session is targeted at anyone working in/with civil construction including contractors, subcontractors, social benefit suppliers, government, and intermediaries.

The session will be facilitated by impact specialist Kevin Robbie, Managing Director at Think Impact, it will be interactive and will include presentations and a live Q&A. It will also be recorded.
