My names Billy and I teach Vedic Meditation to people who need it most at Frontline Meditation. Since learning Vedic Meditation nine years ago, my life has transformed. Long-standing struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma-related cPTSD, and substance dependency have been replaced with stability, resilience, and emotional clarity. My sleep patterns are now excellent and I can respond to challenges with calm and adaptability. Vedic Meditation has been a powerful tool on my journey, and I hope it can offer the same profound benefits to you.

Lauren Hart 

G’day I’m Lauren but you can call me Lozz! I’ve worked for over 15 years in the Australian Defence Force –operating in high performing environments and needless to say I’ve had my fair share of stress! I came to learn Meditation because I wanted to perform better…and I had a sneaking feeling there was something more to life that I was missing. After learning Vedic Meditation I was honestly blown away by how much it improved my adaptability, energy, performance, and overall wellbeing. So much so that I became a teacher to share this results driven technique with you all.

I teach Vedic Meditation and founded Be Here Nowra, a community happiness project helping people reconnect with themselves through meditation. Before I learned Vedic Meditation, I was living in New York, running a creative business with a dozen staff, and drinking heavily just to keep up with the pace. The stress and fatigue eventually caught up with me. Since learning this technique nine years ago, I’ve found a sense of calm I didn’t know was possible. I’ve got more energy, greater adaptability, and a deeper connection to who I am—without the constant noise of the monkey mind. Vedic Meditation changed my life.
