Introduction to Worm Farming NOWRA


Event description

This workshop will teach you the practical skills to set up and maintain a healthy worm farm at home. What sort of worms go in a worm farm? What do they eat and how much? Just how do worms convert your kitchen scraps to garden gold? Come along and find out the answers!

This workshop is 2 hours long.

There is a lot to get through so we start promptly at the time indicated.

PLEASE NOTE: 

1. All attendees must present their valid ticket to participate in the workshop. 
2.  Workshop is suitable for adults and older children (12 years+).
3. Children (12 years+) must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Ticket holders to this workshop will receive a $10 refund per ticket after they have attended the workshop. Please note that funds will be reimbursed back into your account and will take a few business days to transfer.

An 80% refund is available to ticketholders 7 days or more prior to the workshop, via the Humanitix platform.

Regrettably, there are no other refunds available so please take this into consideration when purchasing this ticket.


The Home Sustainability Program aims to increase environmental stewardship within the Shoalhaven community. It is funded by Shoalhaven City Council and workshops are offered to residents in the Shoalhaven Local Government area only. At the end of the workshop, all attendees will be asked to complete a short, anonymous, online survey. This feedback will help us plan and manage the Home Sustainability program.
