This event combines an intuitive dance journey with a women’s circle to help you reconnect with your body, your energy, and your feminine vitality.

It’s a space for adventure-loving, growth-minded women who still feel young inside — women who want to laugh, connect and rediscover their spark.

💃 The Intuitive Dance Journey

You’re the kind of woman with a brightly coloured wardrobe who’s always up for trying something new. You love to move, but you also want to protect your body and honour what feels right for you now.

This isn’t a choreographed class — it’s a chance to move in your own way. You’ll be guided to listen to your body, let go of “how it should look,” and rediscover how good it feels to just dance freely.

As a Zumba Gold Instructor and Latin Dance Teacher in my 50s, I understand that joints don’t always cooperate the way they used to! That’s why this experience is all about gentle, intuitive movement — joyful, expressive, and kind to your body.

🌕 The Women’s Circle

Before and after dancing, we’ll come together in a women’s circle — a sacred space to slow down, share, and connect.

You’ll be guided through meditation, breathwork and journalling, with time to reflect and open your heart. These circles are safe spaces where you can be vulnerable, laugh, cry, and be held in the company of women who truly understand.

It’s a chance to step away from daily demands and simply be seen and supported.

(Please note that during the women's circle, we will be seated in chairs, not seated on the floor.)
